Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely outstanding service from ClimaChill, and especially from Scarlett.

From the moment I contacted the team, Scarlett went above and beyond to help me with my air conditioning unit. Her work ethic, professionalism and willingness to help were genuinely impressive. She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and made sure that my issue was dealt with properly rather than simply brushing it aside.

It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience. Scarlett is a real credit to ClimaChill and deserves recognition for the effort she puts in.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ClimaChill to anyone, and if you’re lucky enough to deal with Scarlett, you know you’re in good hands

Why choose office air conditioning?

Air conditioning and ventilation are vitally important for ensuring that staff in your office remain alert and productive. Due to circulating carbon dioxide created by breathing, the air in an office without air conditioning or ventilation grows stale.

That can make people feel sleepy or lethargic so it’s important to introduce as much fresh, cool air as possible. In the summer months, everyone will enjoy the coolness provided by the office air conditioning, while in the winter it provides efficient heating to maintain motivation.

Choosing air conditioning to suit your office

Finding the right air conditioning solution for your office is important as installing the wrong type of unit can be an inefficient use of energy and resources. At Climachill, we tailor our office air conditioning installations based on your needs and the size, shape and layout of your office.

An even distribution of airflow throughout the office is our main consideration, ensuring there are no hot and cold zones but a level temperature throughout. In addition to balanced airflow throughout your office, we also apply high standards of environmental impact assessment and implement best practices to maintain the lowest carbon footprint possible.

Wall-mounted air conditioning units

A wall-mounted air conditioning unit is likely to be the one most people are familiar with. This type of unit is commonly found in residential environments but they also make for a great choice in commercial spaces like offices. Wall-mounted air conditioning units are easy to install, sleekly designed and make barely a sound when they are operating.

Most rooms only need one unit but larger spaces may require additional units to distribute the freshness to all corners of the office. These types of air conditioning units are cost-effective and don’t require an office retrofit; they can simply be installed high up on most walls.

Ducted air conditioning units

For a seamless office air conditioning installation, ducted units are the product of choice. As the name suggests, this type of air conditioning unit uses ducts to distribute the flow of cool or warm air throughout your office.

They are visually pleasing as they are tucked away within a loft space or false ceiling, leaving only a small grille on display. With four-way air distribution, ducted air conditioning units are perfect for large offices that need balanced warming or cooling.

Low wall-mounted air conditioning units

Our low wall-mounted air conditioning units are similar to their standard wall-mounted counterparts except they are positioned differently. Low mounted units are installed at a lower level and look more like a radiator.

They are out of the line of sight, ensuring seamless integration in your office and are simple to install. However, they can be more costly than the alternatives which is something to consider before installation.

Office air conditioning servicing in Sussex

As conscientious office air conditioning suppliers and installers, our service doesn’t stop once we have expertly positioned our units into your workspace. Choosing to install air conditioning with Climachill means you enjoy our full range of aftercare through our specialist engineers.

From planned maintenance to breakdowns and repairs, our office air conditioning services in Sussex and the South East have got you covered. Regular service is important to help reduce running costs and ensure that your units are running efficiently.

How much does office air conditioning installation cost?: At Climachill we offer air conditioning units that are tailored to your office space. The number of units required will impact your running costs, as will the type of system you choose. Air conditioning repairs, servicing and maintenance are also essential to factor into the overall running costs.
Do you provide business to business rates?: We welcome volume purchases from offices and any type of business. Thanks to established supply lines, we can fulfil large orders in a timely manner, with trade negotiations depending on your company’s quantity or frequency of your requirements.
What is your environmental policy?: Looking after the environment is everyone’s responsibility and at Climachill we set continually improving targets and objectives to reduce our carbon footprint. We encourage our suppliers and clients to adopt best practices to improve their environmental performance.

We would like to thank your company for the reliable service provided with our air conditioning systems over the last few years. The original purchase was handled smoothly and you have always been most accommodating whenever we have needed further assistance. During our recent renovation, your company was easy to contact, quick to respond and most helpful in relocating the equipment.

After contacting several Air Conditioning Suppliers who failed to turn up, I managed to locate Climachill who carried out a site survey and installed the air conditioning to regulate the temperature in my server room, all within 21 days of the initial contact with minimal disruption. This included the installation of additional electrics to cope with the extra power draw from the 3 air conditioning units and the removal of a double glazed window for the triple extraction system. I have found Climachill’s service efficient and professional and have no hesitation in recommending them.

From installation through to ongoing maintenance I have found all at Climachill to be most helpful and efficient in all of my dealings with them. We have had no issues whatsoever with our system that they installed and it has been extremely effective in managing costs both in summer and through the winter whilst keeping us cool and warm respectively.

Climachill fitted full air conditioning to our office premises which is a converted barn in Glynde near Lewes. We received the highest level of service right through from them providing a very competitive quotation through to the complete installation. It has transformed our working environment when we end up with extreme temperatures at either end of the scale and so much so that I have installed an air conditioning system at my own house, again which Climachill have completed to an excellent standard.

Many thanks for carrying out such a quick and professional job here last week, we are pleased that we chose Climachill over the competition for our air-conditioning installation. As for your competitors, we chose Climachill not only because, on a like for like basis (5&7kw units) you were cheaper but because you came across as the most professional when you visited us initially to make the site survey and discuss our requirements.
