Delivery Information

All orders received before 3.00pm will be dispatched from our distribution centre the same day (excluding weekends). All orders received after 3.00pm will be dispatched the following working day. All deliveries are made during weekdays unless Saturday AM delivery is chosen.

UK Mainland Next Day: £10.00 +vat
Saturday AM Delivery: £20.00 +vat
Northern Ireland: £20.00 +vat
Scottish Highlands: £20.00 +vat (please telephone us with your post code to see if there is a surcharge prior to ordering)

All deliveries will be attempted by our courier during normal working hours.

Important Delivery Information

Please note that our couriers will only deliver to the ground floor. If you are not on the ground floor you must make arrangements for someone to be there to assist the driver when they attempt delivery. For health and safety reasons they are not allowed to carry heavy items up stairs on their own - they must be aided by someone else. If you are not on the ground floor and no-one is there to assist the driver when they attempt delivery they will not deliver the package to you. Please note you will be liable for the delivery costs associated with a non delivery.

All orders are sent Fully Insured whilst in transit. When you take delivery of your order you must fully inspect the packaging of your order, if there appears to be any damage (no matter how minor) to the packaging you must indicate such damage on the confirmation of receipt slip the delivery driver will ask you to sign. When you sign the confirmation of delivery slip you are confirming that you have received the goods in good condition. You must open the packaging and check the condition of the goods as soon as you have received them (immediately after signing for the goods). If there is any damage you must notify us of the damage within 30 minutes of signing for the goods. Failue to notify us of any damage within 30 minutes will waive any possibility of making a ‘Damaged in Transport’ claim with our courier and as such Climachill Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage. You must notify us of any damage by telephone by calling our customer services department on 08458 99 44 22.
