About UsClimachill is a family owned / run business specialising in Air Conditioning. We install Air Conditioning Systems throughout Sussex and supply Portable Air Conditioning Systems Nationwide. All of our engineers are fully qualified, fully insured and work to the latest European Legislation.
As of 1st June 2006 it became a legal requirement that all engineers who handle refrigerants hold the appropriate qualification(s) - All Climachill engineers hold current City & Guilds & CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) Qualifications in the Safe Handling of Refrigerants and are all Registered Refrigerant Handlers with The Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Industry Board. All Climachill engineers carry Building Engineering Services identity cards confirming their qualifications and these are available for inspection at any time.
Climachill is a REFCOM registered company. REFCOM is the Register of Companies Competent to Handle Refrigerants in the UK. This means we have been independently checked and approved by REFCOM as being fully compliant with the F-Gas Regulation 2006.
Climachill is an NICEIC Approved Contractor and an NICEIC registered Domestic Installer. The NICEIC is the UK's Consumer Safety Organisation and Independent Regulatory Body for the Electrical Industry. This means our work has been independently checked and approved by the NICEIC. We are capable of 'self certification' against design, test and installation within domestic and commercial electrical installations and all of our work is certificated and documented through the NICEIC providing added customer confidence.
