|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit and debit card payments (excluding American Express). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet. All internet card transactions occur on secure servers provided and operated by HSBC Secure EPayments.When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.|
|Shipping And Handling Please see our delivery section for full details of delivery options. All units are sent Fully Insured whilst in transit. When you take delivery of the unit you must fully inspect the packaging of the unit, if there appears to be any damage (no matter how minor) to the packaging you must indicate such damage on the confirmation of receipt slip the delivery driver will ask you to sign. If upon opening the box you find that the item is damaged you must notify us within 24hrs of the unit being delivered to you, failue to notify us of any damage within 24hrs will waive any possibility of making a ‘Damaged in Transport’ claim with our courier and as such Climachill Ltd shall not be responsible for any damage. You must notify us of any damage by telephone by calling our customer services department on 01273 803820Important Delivery InformationPlease note that our couriers will only deliver to the ground floor. If you are not on the ground floor you must make arrangements for someone to be there to assist the driver when they attempt delivery. For health and safety reasons they are not allowed to carry heavy items up stairs on their own – they must be aided by someone else. If you are not on the ground floor and no-one is there to assist the driver when they attempt delivery they will not deliver the package to you. Please note you will be liable for the delivery costs associated with a non delivery.
For all returns requested you the customer shall be responsible for the initial delivery charge in delivering the item from us to you and (if applicable) the delivery charge incurred by us in arranging for our courier to collect the item from you and deliver it back to us. If you pay for an upgraded delivery service (i.e guaranteed next day delivery) this charge is not refundable under any circumstances as it is a surcharge by our couriers. If however you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will arrange for the collection of the item and there shall be no charge.

|Guarantee All products are supplied with a 12 month guarantee / warranty from the date of invoice. Should a fault arise please email us first as the majority of faults can be rectified via email communication. Please email us as much information as possible about the problem(s) you are experiencing to firstname.lastname@example.orgIf it is not possible to rectify the fault then the unit is to be sent back to us (at the purchaser’s expense). The unit will then be returned to you within 7 days either fully repaired or if this is not possible a replacement unit will be sent to you.If NO fault is found, there will be a charge for postage (at the current rate) which shall be paid in full prior to returning the unit to you.
Water – The units create water and this is collected into an internal storage tank, on extremely rare occassions water may leak from the unit if the unit has been damaged in transport (e.g cracked baseplate or water but connector becomes snapped off), you must check the unit prior to operation to see if there is any damage to the base or water but connector as we cant be held liable for any damage if the unit leaks water, we advise that you monitor the unit for the first few hours of operation and check to see if there are any signs of water leakage from the unit instead of just switching it on and leaving it to run continuously. In all cases we cant be held liable for any claims higher than the value of the goods supplied.

|Returns Policy The customer must keep all packaging supplied with the goods for the duration of the warranty period. This packaging is specifically designed to protect the goods whilst in transit. Failure to keep the original packaging will invalidate the warranty. In all cases goods will not be accepted back in any packaging other than the original packaging supplied with the goods.In case of any returns, whether faulty product, wrong goods received or otherwise, customers must ring the Customer Service desk on 01273 803820 prior to returning any goods to Climachill Ltd. If goods need to be returned you will be given an Authorised returns number.No goods should be returned to Climachill Ltd without clearly bearing an Authorised returns number. Goods are returned to Climachill Ltd at the customers own risk and expense. Goods not bearing an Authorised returns number will be rejected.
If received goods do not appear to be functioning on receipt, or the goods received do not match your order and/or the delivery note, you must notify to us within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an Authorised returns number.

If equipment returned is found to have no fault an invoice will be raised for carriage plus a handling charge of £15 +VAT per item. The goods will not be returned to the customer until such invoice has been paid, and Climachill Ltd will hold lien over these goods in lieu of payment.
Goods Ordered in Error
The Company will invoice a handling charge of 30% + VAT per item + any associated courier charges, for the return of goods originally ordered in error. Such errors must be notified to the authorised Returns Department within 24 hours of the receipt of goods to obtain an authorised returns number, and the goods must returned to the service centre within 7 days in saleable condition with full original packaging and instructions.
Cancellation of Orders
Any cancellation of goods ordered must be notified to us, in writing (email or fax), before the goods are dispatched. Verbal notification is not acceptable. Failure to notify us before the goods have been dispatched will result in a handling charge of 20% of the total order cost being incurred aswell as any courier charges in cancelling the delivery to the customer and returning the goods back to Climachill Ltd.
A private buyer is defined as an individual purchasing goods for their own use, i.e. Not for resale or business use.
A private buyers rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
A Private Buyer shall have 7 days from the date of receipt of the Goods to cancel his order by giving notice by letter, fax, or email to Climachill Ltd. Verbal cancellation will not be accepted.
The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the notice is sent.
If the Private Buyer fails to return the Goods to Climachill Ltd within 7 days of the date of cancellation, Climachill Ltd shall be entitled to recover the Goods and deduct the cost of so doing from any monies owed to the Private Buyer.
Climachill Ltd shall refund any monies paid by the Private Buyer as soon as reasonably possible but in any event no later than 30 days from the date the notice of cancellation was given. The refund shall be made by the same method as payment.
The Private Buyer shall be liable for the cost of returning the Goods to Climachill Ltd. The goods should be fully insured whilst in transit back to Climachill Ltd. The goods must be securely packaged in the original packaging supplied with the goods. Goods returned to Climachill Ltd not being in the original packaging supplied with the goods will be rejected.
