The following prices are intended to provide you with an approximate price for a specific requirement. Every job is different as the actual cost will vary upon several different factors such as circuit length, lifting of floor boards, chasing into walls, property layout etc.

Most of the following jobs will require one of our estimators to visit your premises in order to provide you with an exact ‘free of charge no obligation’ quotation. Please note that there are certain requirements within BS7671 (Electrical Wiring Regulations) which we must check before we are allowed to carry out any electrical work (for example ‘main bonding’ must already be in place prior to any new electrical work) if our estimator finds that ‘main bonding’ isn’t already installed then we will need to quote for the installation of the bonding as we will not be allowed to carry out your required job until it has been installed. Please remember that all of our quotations are absolutely free of charge.

* Domestic Re-Wires include new Fuse box, 3 double power points per bedroom, single light fitting per room except recessed down-lighters for kitchen, 2 way switching for hall / landing lights, new shower circuit, new cooker circuit, 3 double power points for kitchen, 6 double power points for lounge / diner and all necessary earth bonding. These prices are a guide for 2 storey properties only and are dependent on the layout of the property. All fittings will be white plastic fittings unless otherwise requested e.g chrome fittings can be supplied at an additional cost.
