Climachill have vast experience with installing Air Conditioning Systems within server rooms. We understand that server rooms are crucial to business and have installed systems for various customers from internet service providers to school server rooms.

Server rooms require Air Conditioning in Summer and Winter so it is important to have a system installed which can Air Condition your server room 365 days of the year. Standard Air Conditioning systems are unable to Air Condition a room during the Winter (after all theoretically you should only need to use an air conditioning system when it is hot and not when it is cold), these standard systems are of course no use for server rooms which require Air Conditioning no matter what the outside temperature is. Climachill therefore only install Air Conditioning Systems which feature a “Low Ambient Kit” which means these systems are able to Air Condition your server room no matter what the outside temperature is.

Affordable Lease Finance

Climachill offer to all commercial customers a no obligation lease finance quotation as a means to funding the purchase of an air conditioning system for all quotations over £1000.00. Upon acceptance by the finance company you simply make monthly payments with not deposit and at the end of the agreed payment period the system is yours for just one final payment equivalent to one more normal monthly payment you have been making. Not only is this a great way of funding an air conditioning system without tying up your capital, there are also potentially significant tax benefits of leasing the system instead of paying for it all from capital outlay. Breakdowns & Maintenance

All systems installed by Climachill come with a 3 years full parts and labour warranty*.

Climachill understand that After Sales support is actually more important than the initial sales process, after all if you are having an Air Conditioning System installed you want to know that should a fault develop you know exactly how to get the fault corrected and be safe in the knowledge that it will be corrected swiftly and professionally. Anyone can sell you an Air Conditioning System, install it badly take your money and walk away but what about the After Sales Service? You may find that there is not one, and you may be left with a faulty Air Conditioning System and unable to get anyone to look at it.

Climachill work differently. It is unlikely that your system will develop a fault but you can be assured that if it does Climachill will remedy the fault swiftly and professionally. We have our own in House Service Engineer who carries spare parts so it is likely that your fault will be corrected on the first call and Climachill aim to attend any reported problem which can’t be remedied over the telephone within a maximum of 2 working days.

Maintenance of your Air Conditioning System is important as it prevents unwanted breakdowns. On a maintenance visit we check refrigerant levels, electrical connections, change over the filters, clean the indoor evaporator, clean the outdoor condenser and check that the system is running correctly. We actually leave the system in an as new state so that you get another 12 months of trouble free operation - after all the last thing you want and we want is for your Air Conditioning System to break down during a heat wave!

*3 year warranty is only valid if you have your system routinely serviced once a year.
