Quality to our staff
We respect the experience and skills of our staff and value the contribution that every person makes to the business team. We recognise that pride and enjoyment in the job come from commitment, leadership by example and accomplishment. Our goal is to work together to reward, train and develop our staff in ways that acknowledge performance and individual abilities. We have in place an equal opportunities policy and we take the health and safety of our staff very seriously and also have a health and safety policy in place.
Quality to the community
We recognise that our actions must acknowledge our responsibilities for the well being and stability of the community as a whole. We are very conscious of the impact our business may have on the environment and always strive to supply the most energy efficient systems and encourage our clients to maintain those systems so that they remain at their optimum efficiency. We recycle as much as is possible, look to reduce waste, and dispose of items in an environmentally responsible manner and conform to all legislation as a minimum criteria.

When surveying for a quotation we always look at the most cost effective options available whilst ensuring that what we propose will meet with our client’s full expectations. This is why most of our new business is created by existing clients changing circumstances, and referrals.
